•  This website uses YouTube API Services to display episodes from The Founders’ Voice YouTube channel
•  By using this website, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service
•  Episodes open on YouTube; The Founders’ Voice bears no responsibility for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party platforms
•  Personal data submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
•  The website is provided “as is”; The Founders’ Voice does not guarantee uninterrupted availability

Part B — Sponsorship

2. Sponsorship Enquiries

• The application form on this website is exclusively for sponsorship enquiries
• Submitting the form constitutes an enquiry only; no agreement, partnership, or obligation of any kind is formed by submission
•  The Founders’ Voice may accept or decline any enquiry at its sole discretion; such decisions are final and do not require justification
•  Applicants warrant that all information submitted is accurate and lawful

3. Sponsorship Agreements

•  Any sponsorship or collaboration proceeds only under a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and usage rights
•  Budget indications selected in the form are non-binding and serve orientation purposes only
•  No sponsorship is confirmed until the written agreement is concluded by both parties

4. Sponsored Content & Editorial Independence

•  The creative execution, format, placement, and editing of sponsored content remain at the sole discretion of The Founders’ Voice
•  Sponsored content will be identified as a paid partnership where required by platform rules and applicable law
•  Sponsorship does not confer any influence over non-sponsored editorial content, guest selection, or platform positioning
•  If artificial or fraudulent engagement (including purchased or bot-driven likes, views, comments, or followers) is detected on any content, The Founders’ Voice reserves the right to remove the respective content at any time, including content published under a sponsorship
•  This applies regardless of whether the artificial engagement originates from the sponsoring company, from third parties or agencies acting on its behalf, or from any other source
•  Removal of content under this clause does not constitute a service failure and does not entitle the sponsor to refunds, revisions, or compensation
•  Section 11 (Music & Platform Enforcement) applies equally to sponsored content unless otherwise agreed in writing

Part C — Guest Participation

5. Creative Control & Format

•  The interview format, structure, questions, visual style, and editorial direction are determined exclusively by The Founders’ Voice
•  All creative decisions, including titles, thumbnails, descriptions, captions, and cover images, are at the sole discretion of The Founders’ Voice

6. Eligibility & Editorial Discretion

• Participation is subject to editorial review and approval
• The Founders’ Voice reserves the absolute right to reject or terminate participation at any stage if a guest is deemed misaligned with the platform’s theme, values, positioning, or editorial standards
•  In such cases, no agreement shall be formed, or any existing agreement shall be terminated, and The Founders’ Voice shall have no obligation to proceed with recording, collaboration, or publication
•  Such decisions are final and do not require justification

7. Location & Attendance

Guests must attend recordings in person

Recordings take place either at the podcast studio or at a guest-selected location approved in advance

 Guests must arrive on time; delays do not entitle the guest to extensions, rescheduling, or additional recording time

8. Transportation & Access

• Guests are fully responsible for transportation to and from the recording location
• Where external locations are used, guests are responsible for all permissions, access rights, and regulatory compliance

9. Recording & Editing

• Recording duration is strictly limited to the agreed collaboration scope
• All editing decisions are at the sole discretion of The Founders’ Voice
•  Raw footage is not provided unless explicitly agreed in writing

10. Intellectual Property, Licence & Release

• Guests grant The Founders’ Voice a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to record, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, broadcast, and publicly display all recorded content
• All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of The Founders’ Voice
• Guests may repost published content solely for personal promotion, without modification to branding, captions, or visuals

11. Music & Platform Enforcement

• Use of third-party or platform-provided music may result in muting, restriction, or takedown by the platform
• The Founders’ Voice bears no liability for platform enforcement actions
• Platform takedowns do not constitute service failure and do not entitle the guest to refunds, revisions, or compensation
•  The Founders’ Voice may remove affected content for aesthetic or brand consistency reasons

12. Conduct, Warranties & Liability

• Guests must comply with UAE laws and conduct themselves professionally
• Guests warrant that all statements made are lawful and non-infringing
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Founders’ Voice from claims, losses, or damages arising directly from their statements or conduct during participation
•  The Founders’ Voice bears no liability for business, legal, financial, or reputational outcomes resulting from guest statements

13. Cancellations & Delays

• Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture without refund
• Guest delays may result in reduced recording time or rescheduling at The Founders’ Voice’s discretion

Part D — General

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
• Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates

15. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time
• Updates are effective upon publication

16. Acceptance

• By using this website, submitting a sponsorship enquiry, or participating in the podcast or related media formats, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which are legally binding under UAE law
